Occasions San Diego is a catering company born from a passion to create dishes procured to your specific needs. Petty Officer Second Class Taylor Dennis served as a Navy engineer for 4 years and has 6 years in civil service. He has always had a passion for creating works of art that were both pleasing to the eye and flavorful to the palate. Shortly after leaving the Navy, he went on to pursue his dreams and attended Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts located in Austin, Texas. After graduating with honors, Chef Taylor Dennis went on to work in many upscale restaurants including Bohanan's of San Antonio, Texas, and St. Germain of Norfolk, Virginia. Gaining valuable experience in these locations he decided to create something of his own. Moving to San Diego in 2015, Chef Taylor went to work learning about the area and culture of his new surroundings.

San Diego, home to various types of worldly cuisine, was the perfect environment to perfect Chef Taylor’s craft. He went to work planning ideas and began putting together the foundations for his company. In 2018, a new catering experience was established and has been expanding ever since.

Creating relationships with customers and friends alike, Chef Taylor has grown his company more each year and is now ready to create the perfect Occasion for you.
